Michael C. Beattie

Michael Beattie is an Associate Broker at SVN | Northco headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. SVN has become one of the most recognized commercial real estate brands in the world with over 200 offices globally.

Michael is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, risk management, and complex transactions across multiple industries. He joined Northco in 2025 after fifteen years as an attorney and executive with a tribally chartered holding company in central Minnesota with more than 35 subsidiaries in hospitality, gaming, real estate, government contracting, and emerging sectors. 

Michael has experience in a wide range of real estate asset classes including hospitality, multi-family, industrial, and medical office. He has worked on complex transactions, tax-credit financing, acquisitions and ground-up development.
