SVN | Northco was engaged as the seller's representative for the sale of Treehouse Village Resort, located in the popular vacation and second home destination of Eagle River in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This remarkable property is set on gently rolling terrain amidst towering trees, positioned between Voyageur and Eagle Lakes, which are part of a 28-lake system forming the world's longest inland freshwater chain. This sought-after vacation spot is a year-round haven for families, anglers, snowmobilers, and more. The resort features unique "treehouse" style accommodations, offering eight 1,250-square-foot units on approximately 14 acres of land. We are excited to see the torch passed to a family with existing ties to the area and know they will be great stewards going forward.
