Superior National Golf Course at Lutsen is a premier 27-hole golf destination built into the Sawtooth Mountains located along Minnesota’s iconic North Shore of Lake Superior. The property features the renowned River and Canyon “Premier 18,” designed by acclaimed golf course architect Jeffrey Brauer, along with the versatile Mountain Nine. SVN | Northco was engaged to market and facilitate the sale of the Property, which closed in August 2026.

Following the acquisition, SVN | Northco was retained to manage the entire golf course operation. In this role, SVN | Northco is responsible for overseeing the property’s golf operations, food and beverage, marketing, staffing, financial performance, and capital improvement strategy.
