“Our family is originally from the Midwest and now resides in Florida. In looking for future business ventures and also an opportunity to escape the heat in the summer, we thought about seasonal resort options, although hospitality was brand new to us. A mutual connection from the Twin Cities recommended SVN | Northco. After listening to our background and interests, they thought The Shallows would be a great fit for us.

They provided a lot of valuable information upfront to educate us on the current business and future potential, as well as Door County and the resort industry in general, so that when we toured and met the owners, we could make the most of our time.
