SVN | Northco was engaged as the seller's representative for the sale of Pike Bay Lodge, a premier resort destination located on the picturesque shores of Lake Vermilion, one of Minnesota's most sought-after lakes.

Spanning 30 beautiful acres with over 500 feet of pristine shoreline, this unique year-round resort offers an incredible variety of accommodations to meet the needs of every guest. Originally built in 1920 as a summer estate for industrialist A.B. Coates and his family, the property boasts historical charm with its main house, caretaker’s cottage, butler’s bungalow, chauffeur’s quarters, and a vintage boathouse. Pike Bay Lodge provides many amenities and activities designed to create an unforgettable guest experience.
