SVN | Northco was engaged as the seller's representative for the sale of One Heartland Camp, a former children’s camp resort located in Willow River, MN, just under two hours from the Twin Cities Metro. Set on 79.14 acres of wooded land bordering multiple lakes.
Surrounded by pristine lakes and forested trails, One Heartland Camp features a wide array of existing infrastructure, including a main lodge with housing, a retreat center, cafeteria, recreation rooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 75 guests. The Property also includes a manager’s quarters, multiple shower houses, several storage buildings, and 15 standalone cabins providing flexible lodging options across the campus.
Recreational amenities are extensive and designed to support a wide range of group activities, including a sports court, basketball hoops, swimming pool, climbing tower, baseball field, playgrounds, archery range, ropes courses, lakefront access for boating and swimming, hiking trails, and a grandstand for events.
