The Property is located on the northwest edge of beautiful Lake Bemidji. Bemidji, Minnesota is known as the First City on the Mississippi River, a historically charming and beautiful city. The world’s third-largest river crosses through Lake Bemidji soon after its birth at Itasca State Park, as it travels to the Gulf of Mexico.
Lake Bemidji is a relatively deep lake, with a maximum depth of 76 ft, and is a small glacially-formed lake with fifteen miles of shoreline. Excellent year-round fishing makes Lake Bemidji an ideal destination any time of year. Fishing includes largemouth bass, black crappie, walleye, sauger, bluegill, hybrid sunfish, yellow perch, muskie, and northern pike. Boating in the warm months and ice fishing in the winter is very popular on the 6,100-acre lake, located in the north-central part of Minnesota at Bemidji.
