Hunter’s team has a focus on helping companies align their real estate and facility operations with their overall business objectives, as well as providing investors with a project team to maximize returns.

Recently joining the team from years of management experience, Hunter brings an exciting energy and is eager to build and maintain collaborative relationships to work effectively toward common goals. He has grown up in South Carolina on Hilton Head Island and has spent most of his life enjoying the outdoors. Hunter is now part of an industry-leading team of professional advisors. Hunter will be an integral part of a team with Myles Harnden, focusing mainly on large industrial and office projects.

During his time with SVN, Hunter’s team has worked on many real estate transactions ranging from corporate occupier services for nationally accredited companies to sales, and acquisitions for large capital fund groups.
